Cancellation & Refund Policy
At EmphoeniX, we strive to maintain transparency and reliability in every aspect of our service. Please review the following policy to understand your options regarding order cancellations and refunds.
1. Lunch Order Cancellations

Cancellations for one-time, weekly, or monthly lunch subscriptions must be made before 7:00 AM on the scheduled delivery date.

Cancellations requested after 7:00 AM will not be accepted.
2. Dinner Order Cancellations

Cancellations for one-time, weekly, or monthly dinner subscriptions must be made before 2:00 PM on the scheduled delivery date.

Cancellations requested after 2:00 PM will not be accepted.
3. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed within 2 business days from the time the cancellation request is approved.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
